Unicode Characters swapped in Minecraft

The unicode character "⇙" called South West Double Arrow (U+21D9), when copied into Minecraft appears as "⇘" called South East Double Arrow (U+21D8). This also happens the other way around. It occurs when the text is pasted into signs and the chat and probably other places.

Can confirm in 1.17.1.

Still an issue in 1.18.1:

This is all because of the order mistake in the unicode_page_21.png. The only way to get rid of this is just replace them at the resource pack.

Can confirm in 23w14a

This is fixed in 23w17a.
