[MC-179869] Dead Bushes do not drop with silk touch

Breaking a dead bush with silk touch simply drops nothing. It should drop itself but it does not

This is also the case for sea grass, vines, fern, etc. So most likely working as intended

They drop normally on bedrock with silk touch. So its likely a bug. Unless the bedrock edition way is the bugged way. Not sure if the code allows for this behavior, hence why i reported as a bug
