[MC-179929] key.mouse.4 and key.mouse.5 don't work in UI's

key.mouse.4 and key.mouse.5 (and presumably others) don't work in UI's when trying to move items.

As of the latest versions, I can no longer reproduce this, it seems to have been fixed in 1.16 -pre6, not sure how @TomatoClownfish was able to reproduce this in 1.19.3 though, it could be a hardware specific issue.
