[MC-18003] Three dots after long splash text do not show shadows

Creating splash texts containing three dots is all fine, but longer splashes don't show shadows on the three dot's anymore. Screenshot and test file attached below. Also note MC-18002 on the first splash text!

You have put the unicode character "elipse" at the end of the second line.
In the first, third and fourth line there are actually three dots.

Yep, you're right. Wrote my splash texts in MS Word and copy/pasted them to the txt file afterwards. Seem to be a nasty auto-correction thing of Word (replacing three dots with the "elipse" character), the output is visually not distinguishable. Thx for the hint 🙂
