placing a block where an entity is causes the creation of a ghost block

so basicaly what hapened is I was trying to get a villager to restock by placing the workstation (composter) right in front of him. (i don't really get villager mechanichs that much). anyway, so I place this composter down and it dosent show, but the block went out of my hand. after that I try to walk and get stuck, just like being stuck in a boat (thats also a JE bug, please fix it too) and I have to jump to get out. after a while I start placing my rails to move the villagers, and when I placed the first rail, it placed the composter and I'm pretty sure the other one was deleted. 

in other words: I place composter inside villager hitbox, it dont render, I walk in and it acts weird,   I place block elswhere, that block places as a composter
