Enchantment books can be put on literally everything.

When combining items on an anvil, you could use every type of enchantment on an item.  This includes items that shouldn't be enchanted in normal survival.  For example, I somehow made enchanted dirt, sharpness 5 gold block, a normal book with an enchant glint, and enchanted steak.  This can be done with every unenchanted item including ones that shouldn't be enchanted.
