While taming a horse i got thrown of next to a hollow tower and ended up inside of it.

You are dismounting a ridden entity and being teleported through a wall; the bug is that there is no check to see if it is possible to get into that location naturally.

Just looked at the duplicate you sent me and there are tons of comments since 2012 when will this be fixed? I know its a small problem but it is an even a bigger problem since you can do it with move able creature.

I have no idea when it will be fixed, if ever. Vote for it if you want it to be fixed. It's not a very simple bug to fix.
