When disabling mob spawning and killing all entities, entering the nether and teleporting to a Bastion Remnant of any type, Piglins and Hoglins or Piglins and Magma Cubes (treasure room) will proceed to spawn regardless.

This is intended, piglins and hoglins are directly part of the structure files, while magma cubes can spawn from the spawner.
