when you give yourself a high level of health boost, your underwater breathing bubbles are up higher, If you give yourself a really high level, they won't show.
To reproduce:
/effect @p 21 150 6 (for higher bubbles when swimming)
/effect @p 32 150 50 (for no bubbles when swimming)
