[MC-18108] Carpets breaking when pulled down by sticky piston

To reproduce, just place carpet on top of sticky piston and push the carpet up and pull down. You will see it breaking.

I know how this has come. Carpets break when block is removed on bottom of the carpet? Well, fix to this is here: Make carpets pulled by sticky piston and increase time before breaking.
