[MC-181307] Ocelots spawn more rarely than they used to in bamboo jungles

While it is nice that ocelots do not spawn as crazy as they did before MC-174231, Ocelots spawn in bamboo jungles, but they are rare. This is caused by MC-174231 being fixed.

30 minutes in Bamboo Jungle and only 2 Ocelots.

Considering this issue has not been confirmed in quite a while, could you please update the report to include an expected amount of ocelots which should spawn vs. what the result is? I am unsure how to propery gauge whether or not I can confirm the report in 1.21.
