Hoppers don't input/retract discs in jukeboxes

Hoppers connected to a jukebox do not input/retract discs when the current disc is finished playing.

I think this only works on the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft.

This has never been a feature in java edition atleast, but it really should be. Maybe chuck it on the feedback website?
