The Zoglin spawn egg is pink, and appears as the Hoglin spawn egg should, while the Hoglin egg has green spots on it and resembles that of a zombie pigman, or what I assume should be a Zoglin egg.

It's just that the dark or "green" spots on the hoglin spawn egg represents the hoglin's hair (aka mane for warthogs) while the white dots on the zoglin spawn egg appears to represent the same color as its skeleton (e.g the zoglin's face, the zoglin's right leg, etc.)
