[MC-181544] The FOV effect remains after using soul speed and flying in creative mode

After walking on soul sand or soil with soul speed-enchanted boots in creative mode, and not standing on another block to negate the speed effect, the FOV remains as if the player is still running on soul sand/soil while flying.
