Are the containers opening which aggros piglins hardcoded?
attached tag file. When you break the vault the piglins react like they should, but opening it doesn't trigger their aggro.

I agree with you Dima, it does. But it looks weird and unnatural from a different perspective. Also thanks for writing the seed, I was too lazy 😛
the command used was /data merge entity @e[type=skeleton,limit=1,sort=nearest] {StrayConversionTime:-1}
I've seen waterlogged geodes before. In this case it was exposed to water in an ocean but wasn't waterlogged, therefore it's a bug.

I was pretty sure silk touch can get any block no matter the tool
I disagree, this isn't a duplicate. The spawning relates to Ghasts and Endermen as well, and the Fortress mobs are a whole separate issue also mentioned in this report, most likely connected to the problem of low spawn rates.
