[MC-190290] Basalt formations can generate on large warped fungi

The bug

Basalt formations that generate in Basalt Deltas can generate on top of Warped Fungi trees, presumably on Crimson ones as well if they're close enough.

How to reproduce

MC-176391 was supposed to have fixed this. Maybe only fixed for Crimson, but not Warped trees.

Needs reopening. I also found a basalt column on the nether tree.

The issue linked as a clone is actually a different issue relating to the border between nether forests and soul sand valleys.
