[MC-18162] pick block not working when holding any type of sword

The pick block key is broken or not working when you are holding a sword in your hand and your inventory is full with any item you are not trying to pick. So pretty much the block you try to pick refuses to replace your sword, so it doesn't work.This is my first bug submission so don't get angry at me if I did something wrong.

this is a duplicate but it says on 327 that it was resolved which it obviously wasn't because i reported this bug
