My world has been separated into squares, and the squares are rotated, raised, and lowered in weird configurations. My land is unrecognizable and I put a lot of work into this world. Is there any way to undo this?

See MC-161823. And sadly we can't restore it unless you have backups of your world.
I have the same problem. I enter in my world right now, and that thing happened.
