Whenever I do "/summon minecraft:hoglin ~ ~ ~ {IsBaby:1}", it summons an adult Hoglin rather than a baby. However, when I do "/summon minecraft:piglin ~ ~ ~ {IsBaby:1}", I get a baby Piglin (as intended).
I don't know if this is like attempting to summon baby animals (i.e. "/summon minecraft:pig ~ ~ ~ {IsBaby:1}" and getting an adult pig), but still, it just doesn't feel correct.
I tried this same command with Zoglins and I, as intended, get a baby Zoglin.
This is probably intended, but I thought I'd point it out
Baby hoglins don't use the
IsBaby
tag. To summon a baby hoglin, you must use theAge
tag instead of theIsbaby
tag:But they can still grown up to become adults.
