I assume so. I was in 1.17.1 the other day and I came across a patrol, and they had this issue, so I doubt it would be any different in 1.18.2.
The head is supposed to be right-side up when it's on a wall or ceiling, rather than sideways or upside-down.

As I said, these dead bushes are everywhere. Dead bushes are not meant to generate in swamps. In snapshots/versions before 21w16a, there weren't any dead bushes in swamp biomes, and now, they're everywhere.
I'll admit, I was wrong that dead bushes cannot be placed on grass, they can. I was wrong on that one. But what made them come to the conclusion that MC-169563 was intended was from the mega taiga or the game tried to generate a desert but gave up. Even then it was only like 1 or 2 dead bushes shown in that report, not a whole bunch like in this report.
This HAS to be a bug.

There's like a bunch of dead bushes on the grass though. Dead bushes aren't supposed to be on grass. The one shown in MC-169563 in on sand, not on grass, and there are no other dead bushes shown in that report.
The dead bushes are everywhere in the swamps, and don't just show up every now and again. This never happened in previous versions/snapshots. Therefore, this is not a duplicate.
It has to be from a patrol of Pillagers. (Aka a group of pillagers that spawn in from time to time) Pillagers from outposts are normal.
Here's a tip: Patrols spawn after the world age reaches 100 minutes. (5 in-game days) In survival, approaching them will cause them to endlessly stare at you until you get really close to them. This way, you can hear the excessive idle/ambient sounds I was talking about.
This is happening to me as well. Every (large) End City I manage to find is completely messed up.
I went back to the previous snapshot, loaded up the same seed, and the End Cities were back to normal.
This isn't a glitch, but rather a bug with the snapshot (20w28a).

If the Dragon Egg goes through the portal, it should be at x=0, z=0 in the Overworld.
This is happening to me too in one of my worlds. Whenever I get close to a village, my game just crashes. I try teleporting to it, but that doesn't work either.
The hitbox of the phantom was not within the block, so that is not the case.
If it was slightly in the block, it would suffocate

The powered rail can only be powered by a redstone torch if the redstone torch is underneath the block the powered rail is on. It's always been like that.
The donkey has the texture for the bee. Not sure how that could happen.
