[MC-181935] Elytra keeps activating while just jumping

While wearing Elytra and jumping thru the world, it keeps activating making it annoying to wander with it on.

Please recreate the video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) .

This may be an issue with your laptop keyboard - if you are using the integrated one, please try using an external keyboard instead and see if the issue still occurs.
