Elytra enchantment glint doesn't render

When giving Elytra an enchantement (like Unbreaking and Mending), the enchant glint will be shown in the inventory.

When you equip the Elytra into your armor slot, it loses its enchantment glint.

This could be related to this bug fix in this snapshot: MC-173747
