Seeing rain through blocks

Whilst mining during a storm, I would randomly see through the blocks to see rain falling in the distance.

This is still happening in 20w18a. Was not resolved.

I optimized and cleared the cache

I don't know how to delete this. I most likely just have to optimize my world.

Yes, optimizing the world, when also ticking "earase cache data" should fix this.
