[MC-182456] Iron golem not spawning in pillager outpost cages

When you go to a pillager outpost, with a cage in, the iron golem is not in the cage.

Iron golems only have a 50% chance of spawning in such a cage.

I report it because in bedrock edition can always spawn.

No, even in Bedrock they don't always spawn. In my case, on one world, I had a Snowy Taiga outpost spawn without one.

They've always spawned in cages in bedrock edition, maybe it was a bug that got fixed.
