I was mining the netherrack above my head with an enchanted diamond pickaxe and a Hoglin spawned out of no where and started to attack. I killed it and went back to where I was mining and what seemed to be the blocks where the Hoglin spawned from were now spewing netherrack.

I'm unable to reproduce, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

It's just a visual glitch. I belive it was reported a lot of time ago. This is still the same netherrack, but it just returns to where it was.
