Looks good to me (for a font that uses a size we're not expecting). Load the game with a font that is the default size and it should work as expected 🙂

Well it works if I don't restart the game.
1) Set to default Texturepack/Resource
2) Restart the game
3) Set the texture pack
Then the font is as usal.
But if I then restart the game, then it is this weird.
And if I change to default then it's still weird. Then I first need to restart and all steps above...

you have to add all the files from : C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions\YOURVERSION\YOURVERSION.jar\assets\minecraft\textures\font
to
C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks\YOURRESOURCEPACK\assets\minecraft\textures\font
they use the normal fonts but its better than nothing

Good idea. But I recognised that most of the textures aren't working even transforming them with TextureEnder. I will wait until the texture pack I use is read for the new system 😉
