[MC-183604] If theres an air block underneath, the block where Concrete Powder is placed, It'll become a ghost block

I placed Concrete Powder on a wall, but when i placed block at the same positon, It became a concrete powder again

Hmm. I haven't been able to reproduce this issue. Can you give steps to reproduce it if you can? More details about your system? I tried what you did in your video by the way. It also might be a client side thing.
