Minecraft Text Corruption

So I was working in minecraft on snapshot of 1.6 13w25b and I logged out becuase of lag and logged back in, when I did, minecraft went to 0.5 frames per second, it crashed. Then when I logged back into the game the text was, well, I guess you could say it looked like all the letters were crunched up together, and looked like when a file gets corrupted, so I came to the conclusion that it was probably corrupted. I re downloaded the new launcher and it was still there, I checked the old luancher and it was fine, but it was still there in the new luancher.

Steps to Reproduce:
I do not know how to re create it, but what the proscess to get there was:
1. minecraft crashed
2. log back in
3. text corrupted
