Piglins, the upcoming minecraft mob, will attach the playable character, controlled by a human, even when that character has golden armor. Piglins are not meant to do that. Piglins should be your friend when you wear gold. I don't know how much more clear I can be...
Mining gold blocks, gold ores, gilded blackstone will anger the Piglins. Also, opening chests or breaking them will anger them too.
