This bug is of similar nature to MC-122108, which was patched in 1.12. It occurs when naming an item that is part of a shapeless crafting recipe, turning "Craftable" to On in the recipe book, then trying to craft it from the recipe book: The recipe will not show (In this example, the recipe is a diamond block being converted back into 9 diamonds).
