No water blocks!

When you place water in between fence, the water is clipping on both sides and plus, there is a hole on the other side. After like 3-4 seconds, that hole is gone! I even fell out of the world from that glitch!!! And this glitch is COMPLETELY gone after I restart Minecraft

Galaxy_2Alex, you guys fixed this issue! This glitch now only appears on servers with a VERY ping (a ping around 1057)
