안녕하세요, 저는 마인크래프트 windows 10을 사용하고 있는 한국인 유저인데, 질문드릴 곳이 여기밖에 없는 것같아 질문해봅니다. 제가 5월 20일 오전 12시 50분경 마인크래프트를 플레이 하다가 갑자기 게임이 팅겼습니다. 그 뒤로는 들어가도 접속하자마자 마우스 화살표에 파란 원이 생기고는 팅기고요, 플레이가 안됩니다. 제가 업청 많이 해놓은 맵이 있어서 섣불리 깔았다 지우는건 차마 하지못하겠는데, 지금은 그 외에는 해결방법이 없어서 한번 물어봅니다. 접속하자마자 자꾸 팅기는 것을 어떻게 해야 해결할수 있을까요?

Hello, I'm a Korean player playing Minecraft for Windows 10. I thought this site was the best place to ask my problem. I was playing Minecraft at 12:50 a.m. on May 20. But, suddenly the game was off automatically. From that moment on, every time I accessed Minecraft to play it, shortly, the game was finished, appearing blue circle on mouse pointer. As I had a map that I adore, I couldn't delete Minecraft and re-download it because I was worried about my map disappearing. Please, let me know how I should solve this problem.
