[MC-184824] Witch hut not spawing witches

So it seems like snapshot 20w21a broke the witch hut spawing of the witches. I built a witch farm on it in the snapshot 20w20b and it worked fine only witches was spawning. But now it spawns zombies, skeletons, creepers, spiders and zombie jockeys and i haven't seen as much as a single witch spawn
