[MC-184951] Rain Disappearing In Random Spots And Missing Rain

When walking/stopping rain disappears and doesn't come back and it looks like there is at least 5-10 blocks between 1x2-3x4 chunks of rain.

But i wasn't underground and a lot of those pictures are of people underground/in a building
