[MC-185027] Custom Generation: Basalt Deltas can replace Jungle canopies with lava

I was messing around with the custom generation and this happened (see attached image).

Coordinates: (-98,90,30)

Also attached is the generation settings .json used.

Regenerated the world with a similar file and this bug didn't occur the second time (different tree and lava positions). Thus, it may not be reproducible every time.

Please provide an updated json file that works with the latest version of Minecraft.
