I noticed that hoppers are no longer filling from the bottom hopper to the top (see attached pic)
Hoppers used to flow items down to the bottom chest and fill from the bottom chest to the top with stacked hoppers, but now it's filling the top chest AND the bottom one at the same time

I added another hopper line above those hoppers, and stopped the water stream at the beginning of the hopper line, instead of flowing across multiple hoppers, and it seems to be working, though i've used this setup many times before and never had the issue of items outputting to the top and bottom chest at the same time.
It's not a high output iron farm, so it's not pushing too much in to it to overflow the hoppers, but guess there's a first time for everything
