Holding "Open/Close Inventory" Control for more than a second results in a flashing inventory

When holding the Open/Close inventory control (In my case the default: E), the game will begin to flash the screen with a rapidly opening and closing inventory. This may create a flashing screen condition, which could be dangerous to some players.
