Crash when attempting to create a creative superflat world with Overworld preset

Steps:

  1. Create New World

  2. Set world to Creative

  3. Set world type to superflat

  4. Set preset to overworld

  5. Disable generation of structures

  6. Attempt to create, it will crash with an NPE.
