Nether portal bring me to the same destination

All the nether portals in my singleplayer 1.15.2 world bring to the same nether spot.

Even if they are far 5000 blocks from each other they brings me to the same nether spot.

I tried many solutions but none of them worked.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
