When it begins to rain and you go into structures or underground
What I expected to happen was...:
once should not see rain failing thru the closed structures or underground caves
What actually happened was...:
rain is coming thru closed structures and closed caves
Steps to Reproduce:
I have noticed this since at least 20w18a and reproduced thru 20w21a
