[MC-185882] End Dragon did nothing but fly around

I reached the End and went to battle the dragon. I was disappointed with its behavior.

I expected it to fly around, land, and shoot at me, but

All it did was fly in a circular pattern, it never landed, and it never shot at me.

It was very easy to kill.

Is your game difficulty set to Peaceful?

My game is set to Hard Difficulty.
