Hello; I do not know why it is that no matter where I go or what I do I cannot seem to find help from Minecraft, Mojang but hopefully not Jira. The bug I'm reporting has been only the most current one, there seems to be Bugs oplenty with this Expensive game.
I'm running Java have been having problems all of a sudden with bookshelves not working to send glyphs to the enchantment table. It doesn't matter how many times I place and replace them in the Correct Configuration I get nothing.
This is a minor issue to a certain extent, but one that needs fixing. Months ago I sent numerous messages as I mentioned above to various places in the hopes of getting a reply from someone about Java not running Realms properly either, to the point that I cancelled three worlds because of this issue. Now I don't know if anyone will get back to me, or if I am only going to be told I'm talking to the wrong poeple, but I'm trying really hard to resurrect the enjoyment I have had in Playing Minecraft.

Hi there, I am very confused as to why my issue is set as resolved since it is not. The last comment "steps to reproduce?" doesn't make sense I'm afraid and so I cannot answer the question, sorry. But I am still going to be waiting on an actual resolution. Thank you.

If that does not work, please provide screenshot and explain in what way it is not working.
Thanks for the reply. I just added a screenshot of my setup so you can see that there is nothing wrong with how my table and bookcases are set. As you can hopefully see there are no glyphs.
What is "Particles" set to in your Video Settings? Please also note that getting the full level amount in the table, you will need 15 bookshelves in total.

Also make sure that there are no carpets, torches or any other block between the bookshelves and the table.
