[MC-186078] Transparent items render in front of transparent blocks on some graphics cards when graphics setting is set to fabulous

Similar to MC-186074, transparent items that are thrown behind transparent blocks, render like they are in front of transparent blocks.

Can someone with graphics set to Fabulous! and a gpu (driver) that's supported by this option, i.e. no warning screen pops up when enabling Fabulous", still reproduce this in 1.16-pre5 or later?
