The Nvidia GT 9500 is a very very old GPU.

There is a good chance everything will go back to normal in the next snapshot, but I just wanted to make you aware that there your PC technically doesn't meet the requirements anymore.

yeah i have to have a better cpu but i still have that old cpu because i have better fps 😃 😉
