[MC-186158] When attacking, piglins raise their hand like a vindicator

How to reproduce:
Spawn a piglin with a golden sword
Switch to survival
Make the piglin attack you
->X the piglin raises his mainhand like a vindicator

Reason why this is a bug: they didn’t do it in previous versions and theres nothing in the changelogs
