[Note this also effects Bedrock Edition and Earth]
The necks of Villagers, Zombie Villagers, and Illagers are inconsistent with the updated necks. Even Steve has been updated in Bedrock and Earth to not have a pure black neck yet it still remains on the textures for all Villagers and Illagers.

I'm not sure this is a bug, since its more of a texture mistake than a glitch, it would be nice if they changed it for consistencies sake though.
Texture inconsistencies are considered bugs, most of the texture fixes come from here. I just hope this gets fixed since it's really strange
How did this become not fixed when I don't even have an assignee on this report? I can only hope that someday when enough texture fixes are added, bugs like these will get reopened. Or maybe these will get fixed in-game and make the report being closed entirely obsolete.
