Randomly Exploding Desert Temples due to Mob Spawn

I also heard the explosion, at least 20 minutes before discovering the temple, as I walked near where the temple was buried

I was just walking around when I discovered a staircase in the side of a mountain. "Yippee!" I exclaimed, as I ventured into the dark cavern filled with stained clay contained within the side of a mountain. I mined into the dark treasure room, and without thinking, leaped in (avoiding the would-be pressure plate.) Alas, my discovery of horse-riding items and gems was not meant to be. Instead, I plummeted far beyond the area I expected to land within, taking massive damage. I have attached a picture of the destroyed cavern, containing 0 chests and 4 blocks filled with sadness.

What I expected to happen was...:

I was going to get goodies and treasures

What actually happened was...:

I got disappointment and died of fall damage

Steps to Reproduce:

**Stumble across a cool buried temple but don't immediately discover it

Possible Fix:

Put a torch or other light source in the temple's treasure room
