when you use bone meal on a tree seedling 2 by 2, the tree will not grow even though you use a lot of bone meal. The bug was noticed earlier from a snapshot of 20w17a. fix this bug please

Are you certain this still occurs in 20w22a, the latest snapshot? Please also try to break and replace the saplings, and make sure all other growth conditions are met.
