Hello
Today I was playing on Minecraft survival world on 20w22a snapshot and I've spotted a Bastion in new Nether. I've entered it and found chests but when I've opened them there were no items inside. i found overall 3 chests in the entire structure and all of them were empty. Later on I've created a new world in creative mode and all of the Bastion chests had no items in them too. I've switched to snapshot 20w21a and items were in chests like they should have.
Below I've provided screenshots of the chests outside and inside (I had to cover them in cobblestone so Pigmen wouldn't attack me)
