Hi!
So on the newest snapshot 20w22a there are no items in village/ruined portals etc.. I checked it on few seeds on two different snapshots (20w20b and 20w22a). On the older one there were no problems at all, it only cames out on the newest one.

Can confirm on a vanilla server (3rd party) villager chests and ruined portal chests are empty. There may be more I haven't been able to find anything but a sunken ship so far in my survival world
